DD Flanges

The DD FLANGE is designed for round, oval, single wall or double wall spiral. A joint connection with the DD FLANGE makes field installation a much faster and cleaner application. Fastening to the ductwork by a #10 sheet metal screw gives a secure attachment to the ductwork. The DD Flange will eliminate all slip joint connections and will increase the structural integrity of the duct section.
When sealed properly with a gasket, it can be used on all duct pressure systems from a positive 10” W.G. to a negative 6” W.G.

Standard Spiral Pipe Flange dimensions and Gauge Range:

20 GA Minimum inside Round Flange Diameter 12” (standard specifications for 12”, 14”, 16”, and 18” Round Flanges to be produced with 20 GA mild steel).

18 GA Minimum inside Round Flange Diameter 20” (standard specifications for 20” Up To 58” Round Flanges to be produced with 18 GA mild steel).

16 GA Minimum inside Round Flange Diameter 60” (standard specifications for 60” Up To 108” Round Flanges to be produced with 16 GA mild steel).
